2.1 By registering an account on ace222.org, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the ace222 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2.2 Your continued use of the ace222 platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. ace222 will provide reasonable notice of material changes in accordance with Clause 18.

2.4 If you are using the platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. However, ace222 accounts are personal and may only be used by the registered account holder. Account sharing or third-party use is prohibited.
3.1 To be eligible to register and use ace222, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:
3.2 ace222 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Players who misrepresent their age or eligibility status forfeit any balances held in the account at the time the misrepresentation is discovered.
3.3 It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that using the ace222 platform complies with all laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction of residence. ace222 makes no representation that its services are lawfully available in all locations.

4.2 Only one (1) account is permitted per natural person, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Registration of multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

4.6 You are responsible for keeping your registration information accurate and up to date. Changes to your name, address, or contact details must be reported to ace222 support promptly and supported with appropriate documentation.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ace222 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
5.2 ace222 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, SMS, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from ace222 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
5.3 You must notify ace222 immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach. ace222 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized account access where you failed to report a known or suspected breach promptly.
5.4 All activity conducted through your account credentials is attributed to you and is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized that specific activity, unless you have notified ace222 of a security breach in accordance with Clause 5.3.
5.5 ace222 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This provides an additional layer of security requiring OTP confirmation for each login. 2FA can be activated and managed in your account security settings.
6.1 Deposits to your ace222 wallet may be made using the payment methods listed on the Cashier page, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven cash-in, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Available methods and minimum/maximum deposit limits are subject to change without prior notice.
6.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso), unless a higher minimum is specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
6.3 ace222 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (bank, e-wallet, or remittance service) may apply their own transaction fees. ace222 is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment processors.
6.4 Deposits are credited to your ace222 wallet following confirmation from the relevant payment processor. GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited within 30 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation times.
6.5 You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous payment sources, or funds linked to illegal activity are strictly prohibited and will be subject to immediate investigation and potential forfeiture under applicable anti-money laundering laws.
6.6 ace222 reserves the right to request documentation proving the source of deposited funds and the ownership of the payment method used, in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements.
7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on file in your ace222 KYC records. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for most payment channels unless otherwise specified. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per rolling period are published on the Cashier page and may vary by account tier.
7.3 Withdrawals are processed within the following indicative timeframes, subject to KYC verification status and the volume of pending requests:

In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics. These Terms shall prevail on all other matters.
8.2 All gaming outcomes on ace222 are determined by independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. ace222 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slots and other RNG games are as specified by the game provider and disclosed in the game information panel.
8.3 Technical malfunctions of any game void all associated bets and wagers for the affected round. No payout will be made in respect of a game round that did not complete correctly due to a technical fault, and no liability is accepted by ace222 for such outcomes.

Failure to complete wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the automatic forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
9.3 Unless expressly stated otherwise in specific promotion terms:

9.5 ace222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is discontinued before a player has completed its requirements, the specific promotion terms will govern how outstanding entitlements are handled.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ace222 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently terminated and their balance forfeited, in addition to any legal remedies ace222 may pursue:
11.1 All content on the ace222 platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, user interface design, and data compilations, is owned by or licensed to ace222 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ace222 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
11.3 You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the ace222 platform without prior written consent from ace222.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ace222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
12.2 ace222 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond ace222's reasonable control (including force majeure events) may result in temporary unavailability. ace222 accepts no liability for losses attributed to such periods of unavailability.
12.3 You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you wager. ace222 accepts no responsibility for gambling losses incurred through lawful use of the platform.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits ace222's liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (b) death or personal injury caused by negligence; or (c) any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.
13.1 ace222 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at ace222.org/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
13.2 By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, PAGCOR regulatory reporting, anti-money laundering compliance, and marketing communications where you have provided opt-in consent.
13.3 ace222 may be required to disclose player information to PAGCOR or other authorized government agencies in the Philippines as part of its regulatory obligations. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of these Terms.
14.1 ace222 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and complies with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. The following tools are available to all registered players via account settings:
14.2 ace222 participates in PAGCOR's Responsible Gaming program and will honor exclusion requests submitted through the PAGCOR Responsible Gaming registry by preventing access from excluded individuals.
14.3 ace222 strictly prohibits the creation of accounts by persons under 21 years of age. Where underage gaming is detected, the account will be immediately terminated and all associated funds forfeited.
15.1 ace222 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

16.2 If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the first-tier support process, you may escalate the matter in writing to ace222's dispute resolution team. Escalation contact details are available on request from support.
16.3 Unresolved disputes may be referred to PAGCOR for adjudication in accordance with PAGCOR's established dispute resolution procedures for licensed online gaming operators.
16.4 During the pendency of any dispute, ace222 may place a temporary hold on the account or on specific transactions that are the subject of the dispute. ace222 will not take adverse action against a player solely on the basis of a good-faith complaint.
17.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Revised Penal Code (as applicable), Republic Act 9487 (PAGCOR Charter), Republic Act 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act), and Republic Act 11765 (Financial Products and Services Consumer Protection Act) to the extent applicable.
17.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms that is not resolved through the dispute resolution procedures in Clause 16 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
18.1 ace222 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect player rights or obligations — ace222 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a notification within the platform and/or by email to registered accounts.
18.2 Non-material amendments (including typographical corrections, clarifications, and restructuring that does not change the substance of any clause) may be made without prior notice and will take effect from the date of publication.
